All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified at time of purchase. Any order that is elligible for our “Free Shipping” promotion will be shipped via UPS Ground.

Returns & Replacements
All new equipment orders come with a 15 day return policy. You are responsible for return shipping. All returns and exchanges must include original packaging, as well as all items that were originally included with the product that you wish to return (cables, batteries, chargers, blank warranty cards, etc.). If any items are missing, or the product is determined to be in a condition other than new, a 20% restocking fee may be incurred. Schiller’s Camera is reserving the right to refuse any return, exchange, or upgrade at our discretion.
No Return/Exchange On:
• All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CDs, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped.
• All Aerial Imaging Platforms & Drones.
• Underwater equipment that has been submerged.
• Software, DVDs, and books once unwrapped.
• Items drop shipped from manufacturer.
• Schiller’s Camera Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash
• No returns on used cameras and lenses

Ordering
All orders that are not placed in our retail store are required to be purchased by the customer through our online store. We are not able to take orders via phone or email at this time. If you need help placing your online order, give our online sales support number a call at: (314) 968-3650
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment for your order will be collected at the time of shipment. Schiller’s Camera reserves the right to refuse a sale due to website malfunctions, or any other error that may result in a loss.
Schiller’s Camera Online Order Terms and Conditions
We cannot ship to customers with billing or shipping addresses outside of the continental United States of America, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to any third party courier services intending to reship your order. We do not ship to private PO boxes. Should shipping or billing questions arise and we are unable to contact you with the information provided we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. We reserve the right to decline orders with differing billing and ship to address. We will not fulfill dealer transshipments orders. Please note that your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase, regardless of availability status.
