Schillers Camera buys used cameras, lenses and select photo and video equipment in good working condition. You can sell your equipment outright or trade it toward new or used gear.
Trade In and Save
Trading in your equipment can make upgrading more affordable. At Schillers, sales tax on an eligible trade-in is calculated on the difference between the purchase price of your new equipment and the value of your trade.
For example, if you purchase $3,000 in new equipment and receive $1,000 for your trade, sales tax is calculated on the remaining $2,000 rather than the full $3,000 purchase price.
Selling Your Equipment Outright
If you prefer to sell your equipment without making a purchase, Schillers will issue payment by check.
Checks are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST. If your transaction is completed outside those hours, we can mail your check or have it available for pickup the next business day.
A valid, current state-issued photo ID is required when selling used equipment to Schillers.
