Rental Policy
Rental reservations may be made via phone, email, and/or in person. Rentals must be prepaid in full at the time of the reservation. The renter’s credit card and driver’s license will be reviewed at the time of pickup. If the renter is not the party picking up the rental, special arrangements are required.
A credit card authorization for the value of the items rented will be required for rentals from out of town renters or people with no prior rental/purchase history
Pick-up and Return Times
Pick-up after 9:00am on day reserved. Return before 5:30pm on return date.
Weekend rental pick-up is after 3:00pm on Friday and Return by 5:30pm on Monday
Weekly rate is 3x the daily rate.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the times noted below will receive a full refund. No refunds are eligible for cancellation after the days and times noted.
Reservations made less than 48 hours prior to pick up are not refundable.
To cancel a rental, send an email to rental@schillers.com
Cancellations by phone (email is preferred) will immediately be confirmed with a follow-up email from the Rental Team.
Please notify Schiller’s if the cancellation email is not received the day of your cancellation.
